Yes their last written statement showed that. And TRIP looks like it will gap up this morning from $.51 to $.55, and a lot of bullish sentiment that TRIP breaks out strong this week. Even at $.55 that is $4.67 million. Considering BUZZ has market cap of 17.5 million, I do think this is material.
