DM has only been alive since the new C.O arrived.

Foundation is in place now for the walls and roof.

This is an investment. However if you are astute enough to jump in and out and make money good on you.

For some of us we have too many catagories of investment to chase evey market gyration. I pick good management/concept and ride the progress.
