RE:REIT re-thinkIm into HR pretty good... going to wait it out. If they come out with news they are thinking of bringing the divi up 10% within the next couple quarters I think that could give the stock a good boost. Hope an analyst asks about the divi on the conference call.. They can afford a 10% increase. at least that would show some sort of return to normalcy. Cheers Sarge !

We're taking a loss on the selling of the actual long term shares for both but are still in the green overall fro both because of the trading and dividends.
My old plan was to try and keep our book value weighting the same in each of our main sectors but I've decided to adjust that idea and lower the REIT total book value % to be 7% lower than the others.
We do still have a minor position in HR as well as MRG.UN and a full postion in DIR.UN, GRT.UN, and NWH.UN (the latter 3 of which I really like)
