Pretty easy, over promoted/pumped last autumn with supposedly tons of customers lining up to buy this technology, waiting for whatever approval and up to now, close to end of January, no huge sales announced... And SP will continue to slide if no PRs related to sales....

By far, for now, my worst 2020 investment.....
