Why news release not posted on Direct Trading sites ?

Why news release not posted on Direct Trading sites ?I tade with TD Waterhouse.
I have my account setup to provide me with alerts on all my stocks regarding news, rating changes, earnings announcements, I have them with GSI.

Ever since that posting was entered on this  bullboard  (last night) I have been checking TD's portal.

As of 11:55am today, there is nothing about new contract ?

Shouldn't that be passed to all the news wires so that retail buyers can be aware of this news ?

Totally confused as to why this news (if real) have not been published across all trading platforms ?
