Just fluff news imo. Nothing they havnt done befor we've seen multiple promising deals on the table, especially in California that went to shi t.. They're dealing never go through.. Palo Verde isn't a guarantee either. What a mess that has been since 2017. We went through this before and it got us no where. The fact that annual filling got delayed as much as they have and they keep asking for extensions is a HUGE red flag. I could be wrong I just don't trust these guys.
