RE:RE:correct me if I'm wrong It certainly is odd to have the stock halted the morning of the earnings call.!! 
Also that its taken this long to have a press release.. if it was a minor press release one would think making the announcement during the earnings report would have been satisfactory... a buyout offer at the last minute could be something that would stop the trading activity and earnings report in its tracks though..?? Hmm..!!
