We know from Financial Statements that Yunify FMV is exactly $1.00  (not a typo)

We know Hemmingford is roughly worth negative (-) $3,174,856

Dorval is the tricky one, they lost $7 million on it so far. Now they allegedly have a Sales License but have to date a net profit of only $4512 which they can use to offset their General and Admin Expenses of, incredibly, $1.2 million per year (mostly going to the stellar management team LOL)

Now from the above it would seem the actual company valuation is well below $0 but lets be generous and say Hemmingford and Dorval combined come to a value of $0

That leaves Yunify to make up the rest of the value of the company ... $1.00

There are roughly 350,000,000 shares out fully diluted.

Do the math.
