What Will Happen if Retail Stops Selling?

What we (retail investors) say or do does not effect the market at all. This is the notion most of us are conditioned to accept. Now, if true that we own the majority of bbd float, what if (hypothetically) we decided not to sell a single share for reasonably foreseeable future?
