Totally in!
If you notice we have 1.7 million shorts and there is no reason why there should be with PTOTF at this level.
When you look at Level 2 everyday they're around 100K+ shares in the ask which is the shorts capping off the stock so it doesn't increase. If we take out these asks(aka..shorts stop buy) we will see this stock begin a more respectable base as we wait for Sales/Revenue.
