On their part I would say, it's nice timing and allows them to focus on core product. These deals would be in works for weeks, maybe longer........this one sounds on surface to be good for CS, certainly something CMMC might consider  as well . Lots going on now in markets, many moving parts and higher valuations for commodities.........
