Call this greedy, but I sleep well while having large funds invested in Gatekeeper Systems. I don't know where I would transfer a low buy out to in order make similar yearly returns and have the same confidence in management and business vision.
Doug Dyment, the team and INVESTORS have grinded it out over the years while an extremely solid base for this company was being built.
Doug and his team engineered, developed, marketed and installed hardware, and now it's time for everyone to enjoy the gravy train - higher margins: cloud based Software applications, data management, ticket revenue and organic growth through references.
Taking a solid look at everything in the pipeline makes for a near future $1Billion evaluation of Gatekeeper very practical. I can't see Doug and the team willing to give this company away for cheap as now with ITSS, Lane Infraction, Stop arm Camera Surveillance equipment, PAAS, ect and government funding available for customers, has set this company up for explosive growth.
Dont forget, it took a private placement investor to offer $1/share at a 58% premium in order for Doug to entertain the idea of them owning a fraction of the company.
The future looks bright. GLTA
