Kelt vs Crew

Kelt vs CrewI am not a Kelt's shareholder, but I am a Crew Energy shareholder.  I do not know Kelt that well, but I have been following this board for quite some time.

Most of Kelt's investor are bullish about commodities/natural gas.  If so, why own Kelt?

If you are bullish, do not hold Kelt; you will be much better with a name like Crew.  If you think the next 12 months or so will be difficult for O&G, then Kelt makes a lot of sense, but this is not what I sense here.

Kelt's 2021 expected AFFO, as per the January 2021 presentation: $0.35/share
Crew's 2021 expected AFF, as per January 2021 presentation:  $0.60 - $0.70/share

I only have AFFO for Kelt and AFF for Crew, but since Kelt has no debt, hopefully the numbers are comparable.  One might disagree but this is all I have.

On top of it, Kelt's share price is more than twice Crew's share price.

If you believe Kelt will do well because David Wilson will do a transaction and the shareholders will benefit from it, then you might be right and I hope you are right.

If you believe nat gas and O&G comapnies will do well, I believe you are in the wrong name.
