RE:RE:Go time?The news certainly implies Minesa is now out of it if the ICSID was hoping for a negotiated settlement.

I understand the ICSID gives parties the ability to include their arbitration related costs costs before the final decision is rendered. The ICSID will contact the parties to submit those costs before making a decision. That is my understanding. The March date for the decision is looking more probable at this time. It could be moved up if the ICSID has given up Minesa getting approval and a negotiation with EOM.
