Greetings Looney, Mr McKenzie has a solid reputation in Canada as well with the TSX. Granted the vast majority of his experience comes from the mining sector, his role no doubt is to bring some sort of relevance towards Corp Governance which since all of CVR's board resigned quite a while ago is lacking.

I have had the pleasure of working with him in a mining project I found his stewardship to be spot on and his reputation is stellar.

I was surprised to see him join this board but welcome him to the company. One thing is certain it is my opinion he will not be a rubber stamp for Peter and the global minions. Let's see how this all plays out.
