Volume and SP increase is VERY encouraging. PPR has some good assets but has suffered from the debt overhang. The market action today suggests others are paying attention.

If they (or others) have a plan to take PPR to the next level, PPR can provide the production base and public platform with tax pools.  Great potential upside here.
