LGO debts paid off, why consolidate?

LGO debts paid off, why consolidate? We just got some GREAT news, as LGO is debt-free.
Why stinkbomb this day with talk of consolidation?
This idea sucks for current investors.
You can't get dividends without a share count. Do you want 90% less shares? Why? So some Wall Street Americans can horn in on the action?
