Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:$35+

few thoughts here:

1.) it's been months since the merger was announced and it still isn't final till Q2. All the rise has been in new investors liking the stock. As an Aphria long, I like that but see that the old news wasn't material to moving the stock at the moment. Same with the sweet water deal, the market didn't really react in the same way as it has in the last 2 weeks (the last two days specifically are crazy).

2.) Aphria is not Tilray yet and as the deal is not done, while they are priced as if it is, Aphria is not. Tomorrow may change that but as of now there is $26.55 or 57% price different between the two stocks based on after hours trading.

4.) More financial details are needed about the merger but from Aphria merger marterials on the website, it may take up to 2 years before the const efficiencies are realized and Tilray is in much rougher financial shape than Aphria.

5.) Aphria is cheap compared to its peers (Canopy specifically)and I believe it is the best in class LP in Canada but valuing Aphria like we have a whale like Constellation backing it is not the way to get to $50 per share.

PosterVi- little or no news?
1. Merger resulting in the largest global compsny
2. APH made a huge announcement about Germany
3. TLRY made huge announcements about Portugal and Spain
4. APH will grow for TLRY with a substantial decrease in cost resulting in higher profits.
5. Sweetwster deal is huge!
Compared to WEED our APH is cheap!
Will it retract at some point, yes, but then upward!
