It would double the cost of copper in the average new home, so it might add $500 to the cost of a new home, which is a fraction of the overall price, same with the average car, and an EV vehicle, about another $500 added to the cost,, no extra labour costs or manufacturing cost, so 1-2k added to your fav eV vehicle.
so copper based appliances and applications, maybe a 5% jump, spread over everything, maybe 1% inflationary to double the current price of copper.
