PembinaI wonder how Pembina is feeling about this... They cancelled their PPL project last year, and there was some talk about them partnering with IPL or even buying IPL outright.. 

This should be interesting to see if any counter offers come up. I am certain their are some eyebrows raised in the oil patch today.
