RE:RE:RE:RE:Lawsuit Emerald Health Sciences So a shareholder suing the company, the co founders and the directors (also currently sitting on the board of EMH) in a oppression case isn't a reflection of the company?...lol The concern would be a class action as other shareholders will follow and they usually do. FYI..just because the court registry has been updated doesn't necessarily mean this has been dealt with.
