NLC might drop to $12 again after the initial years >$20 to get to the large scale "recycling of  batteries" stage.
Before recycling starts in earnest, Li+ chemicals will be in short supply and prices high.
As yet uncertain how the market will want to use rejected EV batteries for stationary storage.
Another large uncertain factor is how much can be produced from clay.
It may be a tight race against the clock.
The industry needs the clay deposit Li+ chemicals. The question is when they can get seriously into the supply chain.

When will we see clay extraction on an industrial scale?
The world needs it (but not too soon please. Suggestion: after 2024 is fine).
