I always look at the chart, latest news was in November and stock was trading from 1.30 to 1.70 for 3 months
Pattern is broken now and indicating moving higher, with good news quick move to 2.20-2.30 
after that 2.70 with good drill results it will move quickly like yesterday 
200 M Mkt cap till April
