RE:coming to market

RE:coming to market

All interesting .....but it's certainly not new news ...there are and will be many battery types, that's a fact ....from the same web site you can see a variant of potentials alternates again nothing new. It's clear there is an industry wide preference based on what we know today and the growth that's coming (and the time that it will take to develop an and acceptable alround alternative) EVs are probably an easy changeover ten years down the road. Mass storage systems which will be huge for cobalt, are not quite the same situation when your talking billions and maybe trillions the world over of investment today ....and it's happening. Not the kind of thing you just swap out...and  Would also be why that same web site posts things like this aswell....https://www.greencarcongress.com/2021/02/20210211-roskillco.html

The ongoing concern with the DRC and supplies is a current liability they are desperately trying to fix....or appear to try, no easy task, ...cobalt has a place and it's not just batteries and is here to stay ...just think of the threat that propane had to gas back in the 70's it's about the same thing.....and there is lots of propane cars and trucks around today ...we are in a good space, better than ever.
