RE:RE:RE:RE:If there is ever a buyout

RE:RE:RE:RE:If there is ever a buyoutAnother concept to consider is the potential theft of this technology by a foreign government, perhaps one which is illegally holding 2 of our citizens. Look what happened with Nortel and Huawei.  Huawei essentially grew out of the shattered bones of Nortel after Nortel's technology was raped by foreign agents (so I read). If this technology is as important to the future as is being discussed then it must be protected and the company which developed it must also utilize advanced network encryption, firewalls etc to protect it from attack by sophisticated powers. Certain foreign governments don't "license" anything they outright steal it and give it to their domestic industry to be re-discovered and re-developed. I hope that the executives and engineers of HPQ don't use simple texting between themselves or send unencrypted emails through the internet. They should approach CSIS or a similar federal department for assistance to protect this valuable Canadian technology before it goes the way of Nortel.
