they made an ill timed deal before vii could demonstrate the ability pay debt and add free cash flow
oil
is at 60$ and climbing and gas on a ripper and they sell out for
peanuts ... this should be voted down
cpp owned what? 16% ?

thays hardly enough to make this a done deal unless all other funds are behind this too
whicj is investment suicide as vii could have easily hit 14$ without arc or much more this year alone
