RE:RE:RE:RE:Vote No to Management StupidityFair enough but in November CIBC had Arc with a $10 price target and VII with a $6.50 price target. The reason CIBC raised it's PT with ARC was becuase of it's increased condensate and liquids capabilities. With the combined companies creating the largest condensate supplier in Canada I expected both companies SP to rise but I did not expect VII's SP to outpace ARC's SP and like I said, I fully expected ARC to get to this point on its own merrit. Perhaps the market is not seeing the value but it hasn't been my experience that it misses much.

The acquirer rarely jumps as much as the acquired and, for me, the value here is longer term, reflecting the Montney powerhouse this will become. We've waited this long, so I would advise giving it a few quarters as ARX takes a bite out of VII's debt and the combined entity hits its stride. Again, just my opinion but this is going to be a cashflow monster for ARX's faithful. Disclosure, I've been riding this down from the high teens and have 40K shares at an average of $8:60. Payback time for the longs... GLTA!!
