RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Vote No to Management Stupidity

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Vote No to Management Stupidityi want to buy more arc shares than i have currently...the issues are that i dont belive this is a done deal and i feel that another offer will surface like in the chevron apache deal where oxy came in and blew the doors off the origional offer...

if vii got offered 35-40% more thed still be a bargain at 60-70$ wti....and as such arc would drop as this deal favours arc 100%

i feel that as you said people were expecting a rebound and priced it in to their models...now that the rebound has arrived and climbing, they may see it differently and realize that vii is the better cash cow....

why did the cpp not fire all of management? get new guys in there and keep vii as a standalone?

at 65$ wti vii prints 1.475billion a year in free cashflow....you dont think they could pay down debt with that?

i think other things are in play here and i dont like it...thats why i think this is far from a done deal and if its not and commodities hold this pace or increase , that vii will be at 12+ dollars a share before this deal closes ...and the deal would have to be sweetened by arc as the market cap would have gone up 35% and a 1.108 share swap is no where near worth it
