TSX requires year end findings 90 days after year end, which would be March 31.

However, since PYR uplisted to the TSX partway through Q4 (on Nov 20), they can likely still file under TSXV rules if they choose to, so that allows for 120 days post year end, which would give them a deadline of April 30.
