There must be a plan for these past two raises....I can't see beena causing this dilution just to be 'cashed up', but yet it is a big head scratcher. You mentioned analysts were pushing Beena for information....did they get anything at all? This $ has to have a purpose....makes no sense otherwise. The fins proved they don't need the money....so what gives.....
