If one takes everything east of the previous border between Pipestone and BBI as being the eastern land holdings of PIPE, friend Righand is on average right.

In case one would take the eastern land of former BBI lands, BBI drilled one well (good one) and Inception farmed in with 4 (?) wells.
All of those five produced more light oil than condensate.
BBI was happy to let them operate those 4 wells. Money in the bank and no further worries.
The eastern must be western (sorry) and mid sections of former BBI lands are of better quality (>condensate and <C3/C4) than currently developed former Pipestone land.

All history though, but looking good for the future.
