Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DiageoTilray's High Park Company has really good industry people and should mix well with Aphria's SweetWater. SweetWater and High Park alone could develop any new beverage product line without a Big Alcohol deal.

ilvmyt5s wrote: After the deal closes Tilray won't need to make a deal with Big Alcohol. They can manage with SweetWater themselves since SW has a lot of IP and has good management. The only thing BA can offer is Global Distribution but only 3 countries are rec. Irwin said they will only partner if they can't do something.
