i digged into their financial statements over the weekend

Everyone is focusing on the negative side of enclosed malls and 50% reduction in payout.

The management was very defensive during the call because it happended after a 10+% crash in the stock price, and they do not know how to advertise how morguard REIT only bled 1M this year after taking into account all the payout.
