And then states that in Nakina a transfer station will unload trucks onto rail cars and transported to Sudbury. Railway not needed into ROF but needed after 500km truck ride each direction, why not truck it straight into Sudbury then if railway isn't needed. 2 lane gravel road for a dump truck wider than that? Never ever going to see dump trucks on a service road for First Nations residents.
