RE:Road to ROF everything, railway not so much

RE:Road to ROF everything, railway not so much

Curious why Tony Marquis with such impeccable credentials would take this project on at the end of his career, if like Ryan Weston(VP of Noront) says railway not needed for 10-20 years. Why end your career with a project never to see the light of day, and only be there for optics and give KWG exposure as Tony Marquis states. KWG doesn't have the money to waste on hiring for optics.
My take is Tony Marquis sees that the railway is happening in his lifetime and will start the locomotive wheels turning and will be there till it starts hauling Chromite and Nickel ore out of the ROF.
Who would I listen to Tony Marquis or Ryan Weston? Ryan/NORONT  has spoken with negativity, now let's here from Tony Marquis on his opinion and explain why he took this project on at KWG and only there as a pretty face to lead around for optics? Why end your railway career with a failing attempt at building a railway?
