it depends on wht they have done with their $9M+ Cash. 10M WTS @ .50 $5M
now another $7.6M = $21 M

The net proceeds of the Offering are expected to be used for the expansion of the Company's crypto-mining operations, growth related opportunities and general corporate purposes.
