As to buybacks, MRT just cut the dividend in half to preserve liquidity, so don't expect any buybacks anytime soon. However, MRC and Sahi could buy MRT shares. Companies are usually restricted from insider buys ahead of results, so it should not surprise you that there has been nothing yet this year. MRC still to report their results. Once MRC reports results, maybe we see some action.

Agree . Bought some yesterday at 4.95 seeing your analysis .
I am a patient investor . Was buying Brookfield when it was 14$ and Athabasca oil when it was 14 cents . 
This will go back to 10-12dollars once the economy opens and inflation squeezes in .
Till then I am in HOLD mode for a few yeras if need . Filled up my tanks at 5$ish
