What just happened here? A buyer pays $1.67 per litre, then A buyer pays $1.67 a litre, then gets 3,750,000 warrants at $.135. Current price of shares are $.38. $0.38 - $0.135(price of warrants) = $.245. $.245 x 3,750,000 = $918,750   Buyer pays $1,500,000 for 900,000 litres but gets refunded $918,750 through warrants means buyer is only paying $581,250 for the 900,000 litres, which works out to $0.645 a litre ($581,000 divided by 900,000) what kind of scam is this announcement? Buyer only paying $0.645 a litre, am I missing something? I own these shares but...
