Decline in share value

Decline in share valueI am sure I am not the only one that is trying to understand the dramatic decline in share price since the special shareholder meeting. Does anyone have any ideas.  There doesnt seem to be  an obvious reason for this dramatic decline in share value. Anyone have some insight?  GLTA
