RE:Vector Vest Any other details you can share on this? Is this top 5 for both CAD and US companies? Very impressive to hear their software is picking up on the fundamental growth of GSI and recognizing it as a top pick.
I think we need one more big contract to start getting some nice coverage on the stock. I think analysts and the like are wanting to confirm this isn't a one-trick pony company (in regards to our big contract with SEPTA). Any second contract with SEPTA or transit company would confirm our annual revs to be above $25 million and with our market cap right around $100 million we can enter the main stage for a lot of new investors. The question remains, when will this transform from a micro-cap to small-cap, and a few more contracts will solidify the confidence it will get there.
I personally see two scenarios for this company.
1st: Stable long-term growth over the next 2-5 years as they pick up new transit contracts/school bus contracts and continue on their current growth trajectory (25-50% annual growth). Stable growth to $2-3 dollars+ over the years and a nice stable return.
2nd: We see some unexpected news releases in the next few months relating to software revenue possibilities, large re-occuring rev contracts (TIMS software), M&A, a new capital raise for further acquisitions, large state or transit authority contracts and explosive growth to top and bottom line coinciding with additional analyst coverage. $4-8+ in a rapid pace.
