Farm holdings is 11 mill, Glm is 50 cents now but both farm and Glm share prices move a lot.
Can't really include the other properties until they have a maiden resource or optioned out (right now they are liabilities due to maintenance and exploration cost)
Also you need to factor in capital gains tax on all securities (whatever the Canadian rate is)
Also there's the legacy oil royalty.
