FLOTATION ( hybrid green mining )

FLOTATION ( hybrid green mining ) How much acids would be saved ?

Envision a long rectangle open face - flotation bed - with water coursing through.
400 mesh argillite graphite along with 400 mesh gold.
The bottom of the flotation bed is lined with something - very unique.

Graphite atomic mass - 12.001
Gold atomic mass - 196.967

Whether SPA captures a second mineral credit or, not.
The main premise of this post is to point out, another way to sort ores (  incircut ) without the
high costs of, acids and the potential time saved waiting for acids to dissolve....
= might save big bucks...

If graphite is far lighter than gold... and ores were 400 mesh fines,
it does make one wonder if the graphite/carbon would riseto the surface all the quicker
with the aide of the ( magnests ) and along with their inherant petro composition.

If stronge, larger magnest were employed...
magnests that were pretested to repel a certain wergiht while factoring water flow resistence,
a force repel equation that compensated for the weight of graphite and force of water flow and
weak enough that it would not levatate the 400 mesh gold... then ?

How quickly could ore be processedin which to float and expel the  carbon graphite ?
If it ever did work, my hunch says... helluva lot faster than, waiting for acids to solubilze.

= FAR MORE TONNAGE PROCESSED.
= REDUCE COSTS / REAGENTS
= MORE GOLD OUNCES

Simple blade diverter guides the levatated ( carbon ) atop water - out of circut
while keeping gold intact at bottom of float bed..

Juat ideas...
Something new, different  for the mining industry.
The arranging of the magnetic polarity vortexes is a very ingenius way to
separate light weight ores from gold.

Cheers...

Hey... few extra posts...
while shareholders await SPA's - maiden -  PFS.
Enertainment - ( wink )
