RE:Excellent post Palfryville!

RE:Excellent post Palfryville!I'm thinking that when a gov't is deep in corruption, they need willing law enforcement to look the other way.  So, how certain defense and police were adequately evaluated as being loyal is beyond me.  But the institution of gov't with a basis of integrity will need some type of trustworthy law enforcement.  Both, hand in hand, become the backstop to instituting fair enforceable legislation.  And that includes that any foreign business must also be subject to the rule of law and adequate protection so as to freely invest in the DR.  As such, the reputation of doing business with the DR will be earned.  It isn't going to be built overnight.  When I see Precipitate Gold going back to continuing their drilling program then perhaps that may be a type of all clear sign that there is confidence that the new gov't and law enforcement agencies have stepped forward and taken necessary responsibility.  Bottom line for me is what good is an exploitation permit if GQC ends up being subject to unlawful exploitation?
