The difference between PBX and Carvana is PBX doesn't carry inventory or have commercial real estate costs to manage. PBX is a platform , leasing division, and auction, etc that are designed to lower costs and maximum profit,

Carvana is still losing money, aren't they? PBX expects to be cash flow positive by summer. It's also said to have 300 new lenders coming on board soon. LOTS of news expected in March.
