Using their adjusted multiple of 23.4x with the FY21 6 month revenue of 7.4m gives us approx. $4.25 a share...add in Q3 which ends this month and should at least match the previous 6 month TTV and we end up with approx. $8.60...
I think your multiple of 10x revenue is maybe a little too conservative.
