RE:RE:Discussion with IRProject costs is my guess, it was the IR guy that said they cost 500 million.

I am sure there are lots of add ons, water dispossal, liquids handling, etc etc.

I am 100% sure it did not come in at 250 million and bet there was a ton of add ons.
