Electra Battery Materials Corporation is a Canada-based processor of low-carbon, ethically sourced battery materials. The Company is focused on building a supply of cobalt, nickel and recycled battery materials. It is engaged in the business of battery materials refining, including refining material from mining operations and from the recycling of battery scrap and end of life batteries. It owns two main assets: the refinery located in Ontario, Canada and the Iron Creek cobalt-copper project located in Idaho, United States. Its projects include Ontario Refinery, Recycling, Becancour, North American Nickel and Iron Creek. It is in the process of constructing its expanded hydrometallurgical cobalt refinery, assessing the various optimizations and modular growth scenarios for a recycled battery material (known as black mass) program, and exploring and developing its mineral properties. The Iron Creek Project consists of mining patents and exploration claims over an area of 3,300 hectares.

RE:RE:RE:RE:From a yearly low of 8 cents...Thank you JM1011.  What you have provided here is the kind of information that is often not known or shared.  Far too many times I have bought into the most promissing stock and watched it drag on.  Pumped up.  Drift down.  Repeat over and over all the while the dilution increases ---- sometimes you just dont know.  Is this the same all over again?  If a loan can be and is secured rather than more shares issued that is fantastic on a few fronts.  The main reason being the value is there to secure a loan.  So from a shareholders point of view this is again, good news.
I cant quite shake my concern that the refinery has to be up and running soon.  I know design, construction, process equipment and so on takes time.  I know this haven worked as a construction PM for many years.  I have also seen facilities completed and never going into production because they were too late to the game.  Therefore giddy up Mr. Mell!  We are counting on you.
