That slaugher is that VII generations are giving 30-40 percent of the stock upside away. 

In fact Q4 VII generation out performed TOU in free cash flow and what is that stock trading at, 26 dollars?

ARC is a DOG an ugly DOG, and this is a stupid deal. 

When the management give you projection using 55 dollars oil and you hedge out for the next year at an average 63 dollars. Their projection are meaningless in my opinon.
