did you see the MD&A? Pg 12, Lucas Birdsall "the consultant" recieved about 10.5 million shares of SHRM for his, about 10%, ownership in EACH of Altmed, artesian growers, Novo, and Tassilli, as a consultant for SHRM. Hired by ex-ceo Gareth Birdsall.
