If now, against all odds, Glen Eagle has managed to drill well and they continuously produce 120 per day.

Then it is quite natural if Jean would first let his loyal insiders etc. get the chance to increase their holdings as a thank you for everything then drop drill results etc.

I would never advise anyone to buy Glen Eagle shares but those who own shares I would advise not to sell at these levels.
